Whether your child has celiac disease, a gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy or you’re just looking to reduce the amount of gluten in your family’s diet, it can be hard to find gluten-free recipes that kids like. To help you, the Celiac Disease Program at Children’s National Hospital has created a series of videos with recipes for foods your kids will devour, such as pumpkin and gruyere baked macaroni and cheese muffins, oatmeal banana bread and gluten-free taco night. The team also covers basics like the perfect gluten-free pantry, creating a safe, gluten-free freezer and getting started on a gluten-free diet.

You can find the entire collection of videos on YouTube.

Sign-up for Children’s National’s Celiac Disease Digest for up-to-date information and gluten-free recipes for the whole family.
