Danielle Dooley, MD
Danielle Dooley, MD, is a pediatrician at Children’s National and Medical Director of Community Affairs and Population Health in the Child Health Advocacy Institute (CHAI). Her clinical interests include school health and immigrant child health. She’s passionate about building bridges between the health and education sectors in order to align resources for children and improve health and academic outcomes. She spent ten years working in schools and is inspired by the dedicated teachers and staff and is fascinated by what happens in a school building during the day.
Dr. Dooley has two children, ages 9 and 12. In her free time, she likes to go hiking with her kids, travel, read and take her children to museums and historical sites around the DC area.
